Service Sphere were honoured, once again, to attend the San Churro Franchise Conference for 2019 held at Naturalist, WA (Margaret River Region).

In the past years, the conference has been a great success allowing San Churro franchisees Australia wide to come together and discuss their business plans for the year ahead. The core focus at this year's conference was developing store culture and generating the San Churro "VIBE". Service Sphere were given the opportunity to create an open forum discussion, with the franchisees, concerning water quality around Australia and its effects on their coffee and equipment.  Ways to eliminate the effects of water quality were highlighted, as well as the crucial importance of preventative maintenance. Service Sphere believes by ensuring your equipment is preventatively maintained it will increase the longevity of your equipment, as well as eliminating the effects water has.  

In true tradition, Service Sphere were the Major Sponsor of the franchise conference, providing a LaCimbali Elective Grinder to be auctioned off for San Churro's charity partner, Beyond Blue.  San Churro Joondalup generously bid on the Elective and were awarded the highest bid.  Congratulations Joondalup on the new kit to add to their store.  

San Churro Penrith were awarded Store of the Year due to their outstanding efforts for 2018 in growing their store; closely followed by San Churro Wollongong as runner up.
