The Foodservice Australia show ran from Sunday 23rd to Tuesday 25th June 2019. This year was the first time the expo was hosted at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, with over 400 exhibitors, including Campbells, Coffee Mio, Corporate Coffee Solution, Lavazza and Ranges Coffee. With over 10,000 industry professionals attending the trade only event over the three days.
Some of the industry partners exhibiting this year included Beer, Cheese , Coffee , Education , Meat , Refrigeration , Training & Wine companies.
Over the course of the trade show there were a number of new products launched and events held. One of these events was the chef of the year competition, with over 150 entrants competing for the grand prize of $10,000 in cash
Furthermore, Lavazza’s best baristas and trainers used Service Sphere’s LaCimbali M100i in the Café School, offering complimentary workshops assisting café owners with coffee related courses. What is great about our M100i is the 4 stage automatic milk frothing module capable of frothing milk suited for a cappuccino, latte, flat white and cold touch used to make ice coffees. This feature is the only traditional coffee machine on the market offering this solution.
We also showcased the Eversy’s E4M in conjunction with our industry partners Campbells. Together with Campbells some of our team members worked with the general public displaying some of the many features the e’4M showcases including its high output capabilities, ease of use, consistent beverages and automatic calibrating brew.
Service Sphere looks forward to the 2020 Foodservice Australia Exhibition and would like to thank both Lavazza and Campbells for the continued support.
