Brikka is a unique coffee maker that offers the experience of a real Italian espresso just like at the bar. Bialetti Brikka, with its brand new technology and silicone membrane, ensures results similar to the espresso coffee served at the bar: full-bodied, intense and with lasting creaminess.

The new design, inspired by the first Moka Express created in 1933, improves the distribution of the pressure inside the boiler to enhance the coffee brewing process. The burnproof handle has also been redesigned to make the moka more user-friendly.

The 2020 model is equipped with a new column design with a pressure valve system that uses a small silicone pressure regulator instead of the famous Brikka weight mechanism. The new valve is designed to enhance coffee creaminess.
