There are a few careers that don’t require formal education to prove their ability, such air traffic controllers, Uber drivers, or administration staff. Now add to that list one of our industry’s most respected professions – coffee machine technicians. Service Sphere’s Training Academy offers technical training courses for individuals looking at becoming an espresso machine technician, or wanting to gain a greater level of knowledge and appreciation for the functionality of coffee machines. At completion of training, attendees sit an exam and receive a certificate. Service Sphere has been running the Training Academy for the past three years for its clients and partners, but this year we have decided to open our courses up to a much larger audience, to begin educating the industry.
